Hill Run

Hill Run
 
 
On friday we did the hill run for active learning and though it`s not as fun a workout as the Community Run I still enjoyed it. The video clip below shows how I put all my effort into the excercise. By the end of the workout I was quite out of breath and my heart rate was 102 beats per minute. It was fun and I think we should have it again. I also try to encourage my friends to push themselves harder. I was dedicated and I never took a single break! :)

  1. I know you worked really hard on the hill run, next time try to get your heartbeat to the max. The max is over 200 beats per min.
