My Daily Diet
My diet is simple and healthy and recently my family and I have made plans on how to eat healthier. Usually my morning breakfast would consist of just cereal or some toast and jam (with milk of course). Now I often have some oatmeal with chopped apple slices and just a little bit of syrup to sweeten. It doesn't take that long to make. Just boil some water and mix it in with the ready oats. Here are some pics of me making some.

Another healthy meal would be spaghetti with tomato sauce. Homemade of course. My family and I rarely eat out because it's so unhealthy, so many of our meals are homemade and consist of healthy nutrients. spaghetti being a grain product would give us the needed nutrients. Here are some pics of me enjoying the meal we prepared!!! :)
